The conqueror of Jerusalem
Saladin al-Ayyubi
The story of the Conqueror of Jerusalem
To read the topic translated into Arabic From Here
Conqueror of Jerusalem, say to the kings to depart from your
thrones, for he came to take the world and give it, this one who took the world
with the sword of victory and then guided it with the hand of this generosity
that terrified Europe twice, once when he defeated its armies with his sword
and his time when his souls pulled it off with his nobility, who was the
perfect example of the leader Mansur and was the ideal of the ruler Muslim.
And he was the complete picture of the noble and sincere
Muslim knight, and he was the greatest liberator who attended this country in
the Levant and Palestine from the colonization of the Europeans after what had
lasted for about a hundred years. This is what took away from his friends and from
his enemies the greatest admiration and sincere love and left in the histories
of the East and the West the greatest glories and the most fragrant attributes.
And his name was one of the biggest names that rang out in the
ears of time and dwelt throughout history and immortalized forever that he was
Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi.
The states fell on his feet and the kings stood on his doorstep, and the necks turned to him, the treasuries were led to him, and he died, leaving only 47 dirhams and one golden dinar, and he did not leave a house or real estate, so he prepared and took out his funeral as Judge Bin Shaddad swears by religion.
We have read Saladin many times. We have read in his
biography and wars thousands of pages It was the most amazing thing we found
that this very great man should be at that very corrupt time and to overcome
the very strong enemy. The Muslims before Nur al-Din and Saladin were in an
evil state of division in a state that could not reach its delusion, and they
are one of the most exaggerated in the perception of evil There were in this
narrow part of the Islamic homeland as many countries as there were in it. In
every country there was a Muslim country, in Damascus there were countries, in
Shizar is a country, in Hama was a country, and in Baalbek there were all
countries. The maximum extent of Saladin and Nur al-Din before him was to be
like one of these princes, and if he is his best, then he is the greatest of
them, so how did these two immortal heroes appear in such a time?
Two crusading campaigns had raided the Levant before Saladin,
which came like waves of the sea, for them the first and not the last for them
by the covetous in this country in the name of jealousy for Christianity, and
saving the hands of Christ from the predatory monsters with fangs and claws
Muslims.
They had countries not one state, for they had a kingdom in
Jerusalem, and in Antioch, reform, Rablus, and in Edessa a government, states
and emirates whose roots spread and spread their branches and nested their bum
and laid and spawned according to their people and according to the Muslims
that they possessed the Levant forever, so how could Salah al-Din make from the
weakness of Muslims strength And from their division and unity until he
confronted all of Europe with them, removing as much as possible of the
remnants of the remaining two campaigns, and the third massive campaign that
Europe threw at him, you know how, it is what the enemy responded with the
number of Muslims and promised them, but with the only weapon that does not
work in this place other than, the weapon of faith Other than the corruption
that he himself had, so God changed his hands of weakness and negligence in his
people, he used to play and give himself its desires and reprimand and
repentance, he did not spoil the emirate as he spoils every good, but he
reconciled with it after he was the corrupt, so he returned to God and returned
God To him victory.
He derived ethics and his life from the legacy of Muhammad (may
God bless him and grant him peace) in piety and righteousness, so God gave him
the legacy of Muhammad in victory and victory.
He adhered to religion and established his state on a solid foundation
of Islam, so he was able, in this dispersed, ignorant, frail state, and these
denounced princes with strange names, to fight the whole of Europe, a spiteful,
fanatical Europe whose kings all gathered against the war of Palestine.
He corrected his belief first, and he asked Al-Qutbah Al-Nisaburi,
and he composed a doctrine for him that he devoted himself to and became
instructed by his children, and the people of knowledge and religion approached
it, so his advisors and his leaders were the flags of the era - the virtuous
judge, Qadi bin Al-Smart and Al-Qadi bin Shaddad. His children went to him, how
many he went to Al-Hafiz Al-Asbahani in Alexandria, and he was keen to pray in
congregation and never quit prayer except on the three days in which he was
absent before his death and he used to fast even during the days of battles and
he used to hear the Qur’an crying out of God’s fear at the hearing and
persevering on the boards of knowledge and hadith Even during the nights of
fighting, he did not leave the night prayer except rarely, resorting to God
whenever hardships and narrowed paths over him, so he finds relief and
deliverance, not because if the gates of the earth are blocked sometimes, the
door to heaven is never blocked. He used to establish the truth, he did not
care and did not favor anyone, he took his nephew to pious religion The people
cherished him with a general complaint from Damascus, his name was Ibn Zuhair,
and he was bothered by him. As for his generosity and the humiliation of the world,
it was a matter that did not accommodate the hadiths, and his dependence on God
never multiplied an enemy or feared him nor lost his nerve in his defeat or
victory, and he was humble to tread When they were crowded with a complaint,
they wanted to complain about him and bother him at his leisure time. He never
got angry with himself, but if he got angry, then he got angry with God. He
said something and the people did not know until after, and when he came to
him, his nephew Taqi al-Din mourned the people from his tent and made him cry
severely, and the judges with him were crying for his crying and did not know
the reason. He said to them, and the lesson suffocated him. Taqi al-Din died,
then he returned to himself and asked God for forgiveness and washed his eyes
with rose water and concealed the news So that the enemy would not reach and be
strengthened, or the army would weaken, and the good of the ten was of good
manners who kept the news and anecdotes and was afflicted with boils of what
left the lower half and he used to ride horses and be patient with pain and
wage battles and any battles. We hardly know in everything that came in the
history books an army that fought from The battles were more than that of
Saladin’s army. He hit every record until that era. He fought 74 battles during
his tenure over the Levant in less than 19 years. These princes fought the
princes of Mosul and the princes of Aleppo and Hama and fought the fighting
Assassins and whoever is famous for killing Sasan in French for the murderer
and do not say how he fought the princes of Islam, for he who wants to build a
house for him must remove the rubble and ruins, as he demolishes his house of
mind to build a new house, and so did Salah al-Din, and then a series of
massive battles began, wars like Palestine and the lands of the Levant are
known to that Asr is wars that are not measured by Qadisiyah or Yarmouk, wars
in which he tried all the weapons of the sword and spear, tanks, catapults,
courage, intelligence, cunning, invention, chivalry and chivalry, and Saladin
was victorious in all of them. It lasts two and three days, and I used rams,
which are huge armored vehicles with a heavy head that breaks through the walls
and tanks, yes, the tanks, and this is their old name, and they were fascinated
by them until the Franks invented in the siege of Akka, a heavy tank made of
them three in each of them four layers, so they came higher than the pictures
and fortified it with iron and leather Watered with materials they know that
prevent the fire, and it was not affected by the Muslims' shells, nor the Greek
fire that they were throwing, and the Muslims were terrified and afraid, so he
said to They are a maker from Damascus and their name is Sheikh Al-Nahhasin ,
The enemy came over him with a great armored ram that the Muslims
had burned, then they feared that he would
withdraw, so they lifted him while he was burning with machines until he
approached the fence. A group of Muslims shaved their beards and put on the
French dress, carried pigs with them, spoke French, and rode with them, i.e. a
huge boat, who entered with his tricks from the most wondrous war tricks. For
war, even thieves gathered thieves to get rid of their evil, but he did not
imprison them, but used them in their manufacture, so they stole the princes
and soldiers from their bedding in strange ways, narrated by Ibn Shaddad. Salah
was a wondrous war tactic when he forced the Franks to meet him in the place he
chose and was fortified in it, and on the day he succeeded in recovering
Jerusalem, he came from nobility, generosity and chivalry, as long as he did
not After him, the Frankish historian wanted to speak about it and appreciated
it. He regained Jerusalem after it was owned by the Franks ninety-one years. Do
you think we will recover it today, and the Jews owned it for years. He took it
back and around it a lawyer and defended all European countries and their
kings. Should we not recover it today and around it a handful of horizons? From
a hundred years ago, where are those countries, the nation that brought out
Salah al-Din, which is worse than our situation today, more divided and more
defective, does not, God willing, be unable to emerge today like Saladin.
If we are unable to go back to the example
of Saladin’s biography, he writes for us a parable of Hattin’s victory, then
God Almighty will remove from our hearts those who are purer and purer than us,
and they will recover the earth and purify the honor and raise to God in every
field of his opinion, and I hope God even as if we think beautifully what God
does.
